Still Time to Register for the 2016 Pipers’ Gathering!

Please read through this information, and email registration@pipersgathering.org if you have any questions before you register.

If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please do that before you register as well.

Musician - $325

All activities, concert tickets include, housing/meals optional

Non-musician/Observer - $125

Includes tickets to concerts, activities as outlined

Saturday or Sunday - $185

Vendor - $100

Room Deposit, Meals and Concert - $150

Required if you are housing on site

*Attendees under 18 are required to have a guardian on site during The Gathering.  For full 3-day registrations, if the guardian is not registering as a musician in her/his own right, that person should register as a Non-musician/Observer.

** See below for housing costs.  Housing deposit is paid along with registration.  Remainder of housing will be billed based on room assignment

REFUND POLICY:  If you cancel before August 12, 2016:  If you paid by check, we’ll refund the entire amount.  If you paid via PayPal/credit card, we’ll refund the amount minus the fees charged to us by those entities.  If you cancel after August  12th we will refund the amount minus meal costs (and PayPal/credit card fees, as above), as Wisdom House will be charging us for your meals.

Housing Details

If you are registering for the full weekend and staying at Wisdom House, you will be charged a housing deposit of $150 along with your registration fee.   Room rates are per person, and include meals. Rank the room options in order of preference on your registration form.  Rooms will be assigned in the order in which registrations are received. Roommate preferences will be honored if at all possible.   If you are flying solo, considering a shared room option allows The Pipers’ Gathering to register more pipers!

You will be sent a bill for he amount due on housing once assignments have been finalized.

Unfortunately there are no more private bath options available.

Private Room / Shared Bath - $335


$185 will be billed when the room is assigned

Shared Room / Shared Bath - $270


$120 will be billed when the room is assigned

All rooms - $370

$220 will be billed when room is assigned
Please note that Farmhouse rooms are NOT handicapped-accessible
