Donations from participants and supporters of the event make up about 10% of our annual budget and helps us keep our registration prices as low as possible.  Donors earn our heartfelt thanks, and acknowledgement in printed materials and on our website.

If you’re shopping at Amazon, The Gathering will get .5% of your purchase IF you start shopping at  Enter Pipers Gathering in the box labeled “pick your own charitable organization”, and then shop as you would normally.  

The Pipers’ Gathering, Inc. is registered in the State of Vermont as a public-benefit, non-profit corporation. Additionally, the United States Internal Revenue Service has approved the corporation as a non-profit organization under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the federal tax code. Consequently, any donations are tax deductible. All donors will get a receipt for tax purposes-as well as the thanks of the organizers and participants.

Sponsors choose to underwrite the costs of a specific instructor or expense, and are acknowledged publicly.  Acknowledgement can thank you as an individual, or can be a great way to promote a business or project. (If anonymity is preferred, we’ll respect that as well.)

Sponsorship offers advertising opportunities in our printed materials, and shout outs on PG website and FB page.  Sponsorship tiers include:

Full Set  – This covers expenses for an international instructor – Visa, travel, instruction, room and board.  The MacDaddy!  = $2500

Half Set  – This covers expenses for a domestic instructor – travel, instruction, room and board.  $1500

Drones – Not ready for a full or half set?  Perhaps you’d like a set of drones.  $750.00

Chanter – We all started on one!  $350.00

Reeds ~ What’s a set without a good reed? Pitching in here helps! (No pun intended) ~ $50-$150
