Lodging: The Killington Grand Hotel & Conference Center

Our venue at the Killington Grand Hotel & Conference Center is now prepared to book your room reservations.

A ski and convention center high in the Green Mountains, the Killington Grand Hotel & Conference Center provides ample indoor workshop facilities, vendors' area and concert hall, and a variety of places where small groups may gather to have informal jam sessions. There are accommodations to suit all budgets, either at Killington Grand, at nearby hotels/motels, or at the local campground. Room rates vary from $49 to $195 per room per night; the more expensive rooms are suites containing a separate bedroom, living area and kitchens for self-catering. To help you choose accommodation at Killington Grand that fits your needs, here is a short description of the three types of rooms available.

Standard room ($99/night): Regular hotel room with two queen-size beds and a bathroom.

Large room ($135/night): One room (combined kitchen/living room/bedroom) plus a full bathroom similar to the suite but with one queen-size bed and one Murphy bed (also queen-size). May not have a balcony;

Suite ($145/night): Kitchen and living room area with a separate bedroom and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a full supply of crockery and utensils. As well as having tables and chairs, the living area has a sofa-bed and a Murphy bed (queen-size bed that folds up into the wall). A door leads from the living area to an outdoor balcony. The separate bedroom contains a queen-size bed.

We have reserved a block of rooms at various prices and at nearby locations for the Pipers' Gathering weekend. There are convenient rooms available right at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel, or you may choose certain rooms available at nearby hotels. All of these rooms can be booked by calling 1-800-282-9955. Please be sure to ask for one of these rooms from our "block" of rooms for The Pipers' Gathering in order to get the better conference rates. It is helpful to all of us that you book one of these rooms, as the rates for using the convention facilities are based on us utilizing these rooms. Do not book through the Killington website, as you will not get our conference rates and the room will not help fulfill our committment.

All rates are subject to the state room and lodging tax of 9%, and the Killington Grand Resort Hotel & Conference Center housekeeping gratuity of 7%. Total tax and service fees per room equal 16%.
